BRUISED

my knuckles are bruised, my hand is infected, i was so angry i couldn't stop shaking... i was so angry i could hardly breathe...

this is why we live in different countries.
this is why i moved AWAY.

this is why i need to get away...

but then there's duke. and my responsibility to him... and i refuse to go where i can't take him.
so here it is. i am chained down until next year.
then i will be gone. then there won't be anyone left for me to need to deal with. i am tired. i am done.

LEAVE ME BLOODY WELL ALONE.
